AsthaCorp commenced its real estate advisory business with an aim of facilitating the purchase of apartments / villas / land / commercial space in the metro cities by people from Northeast India. We were not only the first organisation in the Northeast to detect a void in this sphere but also the very first organisation to address this issue. Our partnership with the biggest names in the real estate business allowed us to offer our clientele with a vast array of residential and commercial projects in cities like Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore and more. In the month of November 2016, we achieved a rare feat of selling 20 apartments in Greater Noida West, which is no small achievement by any means. A key to our success lay in the fact that we understood our clients and their needs, and offered complete transparency in our dealings and operation. However, over the years we have transitioned into an organisation that is more focused on advising construction companies and conceptualising real estate projects. We are currently working on a mega real estate project the likes of which Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India, has never seen before. Executed in partnership with a renowned builder from Guwahati, this 180-villa township project is the most luxury real estate project of this part of the country. Our role in this project includes but is not limited to conceptualising the project, creating the marketing plan, manpower recruitment, payroll management, conducting branding and marketing campaigns and most important of all, selling the villas in the market. The project is slated to be completed in 2023. This will be followed by two more projects within the next 4 years.
