Sandeep is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and he completed MBA from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies in Oil & Gas Management. He has over 14 years of work experience in business consulting particularly in Energy and Automotive domain and entrepreneurship in Infrastructure sector. During his career he has worked in over 50 engagements ranging from business process risk consulting to strategy development, market research, feasibility analysis, policy and regulations review, internal audit and risk management, infrastructure development, printing & publishing, etc. In his previous association with PwC, a Big 4 audit firm, Sandeep was pivotal in undertaking large assignments with Government and Private sector firms and assisting Regulators and Government of India in reviewing key policies mainly in the energy sector. He was the international Knowledge Management Leader at Mazars, where he led a team of KM professionals from across 10 countries worldwide. He has authored over 6 books, one of which “Hydrocarbon Vision of India, 2020”  was released by Shri Pranab Mukherjee in Petrotech, New Delhi. Since 2015, he is actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures in infrastructure and travel and tourism sectors in Assam. He is the founder of Asthaa Infra Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.

Prasanta Kr. Gogoi is a graduate in geology and has served the Geological Survey of India during the early years of his career. Thereafter, he served United Bank of India for about 30 years at various location in Assam and later chose volunteer retirement from the position of Branch Manager. He has vast experience in banking sector and has interests in the fields of financial risk management and accounting. Currently he looks after the legal and financial matters of the Company.

Anangaraj or ‘Raj’ as he is more commonly known is a graduate in Arts & Humanities from Bangalore University. He has worked in several organisations in Bangalore as a copywriter and editor. His most cherished stint was as the Chief Content Writer & Editor of the erstwhile automobile e-magazine, Full Throttle. Anangaraj has penned over seventy published articles on a wide array of topics. A part of Astha since 2015, Anangaraj manages the administration of the organisation besides personally overseeing the real estate and travel & hospitality divisions of the group. He is also responsible for manpower recruitment. Being an extrovert and outgoing by nature, Anangaraj by default handles the public relations and networking activities of the group. An avid traveller, travelling is not just a passion but a way of life for Anangaraj.

An MBA in Media and Entertainment from the prestigious Manipal University, in association with Whistling Woods International, Mumbai, Sanjoy is a serial entrepreneur. Before joining Astha Group in 2015, Sanjoy had a successful catering and motorcycle accessories business. Patient and calm by nature, Sanjoy is admired by his colleagues and clients alike for his ability to deliver on-time results. He currently heads the operations team of Astha Group and has delivered several infrastructure projects in Assam for some of the leading companies from Northern and Eastern India. Being a media and entertainment expert, movies quite naturally happens to be one of Sanjoy’s many passions. He is also an avid biker and has covered hundreds of miles on his trusty two-wheeler.

Amlanjyoti is the Project Lead of Astha Group. His core duties include the supervision and management of infrastructure projects. A Hotel Management graduate from Bangalore University, Amalanjyoti has seven years of rich experience of working in some of the most prestigious names in the hospitality industry like the Taj Group, Oberoi Group, Leela Hotels and Assam Bengal Navigation (an Indo-British venture). Amlanjyoti was the first manager of the exclusive wildlife resort - Diphlu River Lodge in Kaziranga, Assam which was voted the second best wildlife resort in India by Lonely Planet in 2013. He was also responsible for overseeing the construction of the resort.

Gargi is a Computer Science Engineer from Gauhati University and is currently the Client Relationship Manager at Astha. She is also responsible for Business Development for the Group. She caters to the overall requirements of the organisation as well as the clients associated with it. She is a key representative of Astha Corp at various meets and seminars. Gargi is also managing the organisation's digital presence on a daily basis.
